When you send your details. The “send me your details” form asks for your name, phone number, email address and, if you like, anything you’d want Tanesha to know. We only use it to get back to you.
When you ask for the free workbook. The workbook form asks for your first name and email address so we can send it to you. Asking for the workbook also adds you to Tanesha’s email list. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time.
When you pay for a gathering seat. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe shares your name and email with us so we can send you the gathering details.
When you visit the site. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies (listed below) and records your approximate location, device and browser. Google’s own policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
What we don’t collect: government ID numbers, card numbers, precise location, or anything else the site doesn’t need.
Some of what you share with us counts as health information: anything about your body, symptoms, injuries, conditions, medications, pregnancy, stress or mental health. That’s true whether you type it into a form, say it during a session, or send it by email or text.
We don’t use advertising or retargeting cookies.
We don’t sell, rent or trade your information, and we don’t share it with advertisers.
You can ask us to tell you what we have about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email connect@phoenixintheoak.com or call 657-549-2836. We’ll answer within 30 days. You don’t need to give a reason, and asking will never change how we treat you.
If you live in California, Oregon or Washington: the same rights apply to you under your state’s privacy law. We don’t sell personal information, so there’s nothing to opt out of. If you think we haven’t handled a request properly, you can also contact your state attorney general.
This site is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
The site is served over HTTPS. We use standard practices to protect what we collect, but no system is perfectly secure and we can’t promise zero risk.
If we make a significant change, we’ll update the date at the top and post a note on the site. Small clarifications will only change the date.
Our accessibility statement is on its own page.
