“As long as we feel safely held in the hearts and minds of the people who love us, we will climb mountains and cross deserts and stay up all night to finish projects.”

— Bessel van der Kolk

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation.

For much of human history, women gathered to share wisdom, witness one another’s lives, grieve, celebrate, solve problems, learn, laugh, and remember that they belonged. While our lives may look different today, our need for genuine connection hasn’t disappeared.

Many of us have lost the places where that kind of connection naturally happened.

Much of our work together may begin one-on-one, but I don’t believe it ends there.

We grow, heal, and remember ourselves in relationship — with people who witness us honestly, challenge us with kindness, celebrate our joys, sit beside us through our grief, and remind us that we don’t have to carry life alone.

My hope is to cultivate a community where women can continue practicing what they’re discovering in their everyday lives, surrounded by genuine connection, shared humanity, and a sense of belonging.

Whether that’s through a Women’s Circle, a seasonal gathering, a creative workshop, a hike, a picnic, or simply spending time together, the invitation is the same:

Come exactly as you are.

There is no expectation to have the right words, the right story, or the right amount of healing. Only a willingness to show up.

Together, we’ll practice creating the kind of community many of us have been longing for.

Ways we gather

Community takes many forms, and so will the ways we gather.

Some gatherings offer space for quiet reflection and meaningful conversation. Others invite movement, creativity, celebration, or simply the joy of spending time together. Each one is designed to foster connection — with yourself, with one another, and with the life you’re creating.

Women’s Circles. Guided reflection, seasonal themes, ritual, and meaningful conversation.

Community Gatherings. Hikes, picnics, coffee meetups, creative afternoons, and other opportunities to simply enjoy being together.

Workshops & Practices. Shared learning and embodied experiences that encourage curiosity, growth, and practical application.

Retreats, coming soon. Immersive experiences that offer space to slow down, reconnect, and deepen your relationship with yourself and your community.

As this community grows, so will the ways we come together.

This month’s gathering

What to expect

There is no expectation to have everything figured out before you arrive.

You don’t have to be outgoing, deeply spiritual, or comfortable sharing personal stories.

Some gatherings may invite reflection, conversation, movement, meditation, creativity, or simple moments of quiet. You’re always welcome to participate in ways that feel authentic to you.

Sometimes you’ll speak.

Sometimes you’ll listen.

Sometimes you’ll laugh until your cheeks hurt.

Sometimes you’ll leave with more questions than answers.

All of it belongs.

The invitation isn’t to perform, impress, or become someone different. It’s to practice showing up — as yourself — and to make room for others to do the same.

We don’t gather because everyone is in the same season of life. We gather because every season deserves to be witnessed.

My hope is that these gatherings become more than events you attend. I hope they become relationships you carry with you.

Not sure yet? Let’s just talk.

Tell me what’s going on with your body or your life and what you’d like to change. I’ll explain how I work and whether I can help. If I can, great. If not, that’s okay too. No pressure, nothing booked, nothing owed.
