Because beneath all of that… there is still a woman.

A woman with desires.

A woman with feelings.

A woman with needs.

A woman who is still becoming, still remembering, still worthy of being witnessed.

Remembering isn’t about returning to who you used to be. It’s about reconnecting with who you’ve always been beneath the roles, expectations, and protective patterns.

Connecting with the parts of your past self that you loved but may have tucked away when other roles or responsibilities felt like they had to take priority. The playfulness, joy, and creativity. The access to your emotions and their expression.

Sometimes we haven’t seen her in so long we forget what she looks or feels like, but she’s never forgotten us.

Each month, in our Women’s Gathering, we explore an invitation to pause, breathe, and return to yourself. Beneath every title you’ve taken on, consciously or not. Taking a conscious assessment of the agreements we’ve made and how aligned they are with who we are, and what we want to do in our lives.

Women have gathered since the dawn of time to support one another. To grieve, to celebrate, and to witness. I believe it’s time to return to that. If you’ve felt alone or stuck, this invitation may be for you.

Together, we will create space to reflect on the roles we’ve carried, the parts of ourselves we’ve hidden or protected, and the woman within who is asking to be remembered with tenderness, honesty, and compassion.

This is also a space for responsibility, ownership, and choice — not because you need fixing, but because remembering yourself means reclaiming your agency with gentleness.

Each month

Every month offers us an opportunity to pause and notice. The New Moon serves as a gentle invitation to reflect on what has been asking for our attention and what we want to intentionally nurture moving forward.

While these gatherings are inspired by the themes associated with each New Moon, they are not about predicting your life or surrendering your agency. They are about becoming more aware of your own patterns, your own wisdom, and your own capacity to choose.

I don’t believe the moon controls our lives. I believe it offers a rhythm that invites reflection.

Our time together blends honest and compassionate reflection, journaling, gentle guided conversation, intention setting that is completely yours, reconnection with the body through awareness and movement, offerings of Reiki facilitation, and practices to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom — in a trauma-informed and supportive space, surrounded by women experiencing their own lives, some similar, some different. All of them with the intent to witness each other and remember themselves and community.

You do not have to come with answers.

You do not have to have it all together.

You do not have to perform healing.

You are welcome as you are.

This space is for you if…

You don’t have to know anyone before you come. Many women arrive feeling nervous. Many leave realizing they weren’t as alone as they thought.

This isn’t about fitting in. It’s about remembering what it feels like to belong and be accepted exactly as you are.

You’re craving a moment to reconnect with yourself.

You’ve been carrying many roles and want space to remember who you are beneath them.

You desire community, reflection, and emotional grounding.

You’re learning how to listen to your needs without guilt.

You’re ready to write the next page of your life’s story with intention, softness, and self-trust.

A gentle reminder

There are no bad parts of you here.

The tired parts.

The guarded parts.

The resentful parts.

The tender parts.

The hopeful parts.

The grateful parts.

The parts still learning how to ask for what they need.

All of you is welcome.

Take your place.

Come gather with us under the new moon as we remember the woman beneath the roles.
